Zyxel devices don't play any MP4 or YouTube (FLV) videos. Samsung TVs have problems with rewind and fast-forward with some video formats. Samsung TVs do not auto-scale photos, so they do not appear full-screen. Samsung TVs can play some, but not all, YouTube and MP4 videos. Also, the only device other than a Samsung TV that plays Internet video is a jail broken Apple TV (which voids the warranty and makes it unusable for the purpose that it is sold) and Xbox with Media Center Extender (which is a chargeable extra). Twonky Beam provides a simple and familiar way to discover and enjoy internet videos on your tablet or smartphone and then stream or 'beam' them to your Smart TV, Apple TV or other media players on your home network.īut if you read the small print at the manufacturers website (which I copied and linked below) you can see that YouTube is only available on Samsung TVs and even then some videos may not play.
